Aim
The aim of implementing the My Happy Mind programme at Burton Green is to foster a positive, resilient, and mentally healthy environment for all students. By integrating this programme into our weekly routine, we strive to equip children with essential tools to manage their emotions, build self-confidence, and enhance their overall well-being. We are committed to nurturing a growth mindset and encouraging a supportive community where students feel empowered to navigate challenges with optimism and emotional resilience. Through My Happy Mind, we aim to create a foundation for lifelong mental health, enabling our students to thrive both academically and personally.

By understanding how these parts of the brain work together as Team HAP, children can learn to manage their emotions and respond to situations in a calm and balanced way.
